Fort Walton Machining purchases industrial building.
Tim McDonald of Fort Walton Machining has purchased 635 Anchors St in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The property consisted of approx. 2.9 acres improved with a 38,000 sqft metal office and industrial building with additional bonus 2nd floor office space. Fort Walton Machining was awarded in 2008 the Supplier of the Year award in the Diversity-Veteran owned Small Business catergory from Boeing. 2nd wave of mortgage foreclosures? Larger then the sub-prime? I orignally thought when the sub-prime foreclosures were worked through that we would be on the way to a real estate recovery, check this 60 Minutes video from December 2008 shows a larger mortgage problem then I ever realized. Wow!

Kohl's opened in April of 2009 with this being one of only a few two story formats in Florida with approx. 103,000 sqft. Kohl's has aprox. 1,022 stores nationwide.
