2nd wave of mortgage foreclosures? Larger then the sub-prime? I orignally thought when the sub-prime foreclosures were worked through that we would be on the way to a real estate recovery, check this 60 Minutes video from December 2008 shows a larger mortgage problem then I ever realized. Wow!

Recent Sold\Leased transactions in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Kohl's opened in April of 2009 with this being one of only a few two story formats in Florida with approx. 103,000 sqft. Kohl's has aprox. 1,022 stores nationwide. The store is located at the S.W. corner of Beal Pkwy. and Racetrack Rd. intersection.
